Rules & Policy

1.)A $15 deposit is required for all hair services and is NONREFUNDABLE.

2.)Please understand when you cancel your appointment the deposit is still NONREFUNDABLE.

3.)There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10  minutes results in a $20 late fee and anything after 15 minutes results in cancellation. You will have to reschedule your appointment and the deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.

4.)YOU HAVE 2 WEEKS AFTER YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DATE TO RESCHEDULE, AFTER 2 WEEKS YOU MUST SUBMIT A NEW DEP

5.)No call no show more than twice, will result in you not being able to book appointments with me again.

6.)If for any reason you cannot make it to your appointment please contact me and let me know I'm very understanding.

1.Please come with your hair wash! It does not have to be blown out but it does have to be clean! If you come to your appointment and your hair is not clean I will not do your hair. ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCTS IN YOUR HAIR, also the deposit will still be NONREFUNDABLE.

2. If you are reusing old bundles please make sure the bundles are THREAD FREE and they are clean! it will be a $25 charge if I have to do it.

3. Please do not come with your hair already braided down, it will be an extra $10 & up charge for taking them out and time wasted. its my job to do your hair please let me do that. 

4. Absolutely NO EXTRA PEOPLE with you when you come get your hair done, if they are not getting their hair done they are not allowed in.

5. Please book your appointment accordingly. I will not rush on your hair so do not rush me!

6. Vibe Check- Please check your attitude, energy at the door. This is a Safe place and I want everyone who is serviced by me to feel comfortable.

1. Head full of highlights (for bundles)  is additional $100 plus service. This is not pre bundle

2. Coloring for one color for bundles is $75. This not pre bundle. (613 hair only)!!  $120 for bleaching and color (dye is provided). 

3. For Frontals & natural closure installments, and any wig that’s being installed, frontals, closure, & wigs are to be dropped off 3 days before appointment for preparation.
4. If frontal/closure or wig is not dropped off before appointment, its an additional $20 charge for day of appointment prep.

5. For coloring, hair is to be dropped of 1 week before appointment this gives me enough time for the perfect color.

6. For units to be made hair must be dropped off a 1 week before installments, units are hand made, you will receive a message stating when I'm starting and when I am finished. 

7. To make an appointment for color please contact me with your name and desired style, I will let you know if I can execute your style.

8. For bleaching hair, I will have to bleach test the hair before I can continue the bleaching process, this is to make sure the hair lift high enough.
 9. For last minute coloring service its an extra $40 for inconvenience.

1. Transparent lace is good lace for fare skin tones

2.  HD lace is good for all skin tones

3. Swiss lace is good for brown skins

- when ordering lace please read what lace its is you are ordering, it is not required to have these laces but if you want quality then this is the way to go.

1. I do not work over anyone else's work. So no used lace/ lace wigs that another stylist has installed on you.

2. When ordering "lovely hair extension" please understand that the hair takes 3-4 business days. So make sure to book your appointment under hair included once you receive the tracking number.

3. Out of towners (if you do not live in Savannah) when ordering hair to get a unit made by me please understand this process takes 1-2 weeks. 

4. At your appointment please do not change the style of your hair, being that it may interfere with my other clients time, and their service time is just as important as yours.

5. I only accept Cash & Cash app payments.

6. I do not text people on their appointment day asking for their ETA, you already get an automatic reminder.

7. Once you book your appointment through our website, you'll automatically receive an email stating the address of appointment location.
